a. Cleaning tools and cleansers should be provided by customers; helpers can assist to buy related products but customers should provide shopping list. The time for shopping will take not less than 30 minutes and will be included in the service period.
b. The duties includes kitchen cleaning, gas hobs/refrigerator cleaning, clothes washing by washing machines, ironing, bedding, mopping, hovering, dust removal, window cleaning and bathroom cleaning.
c. The duties mentioned above will be carried out as scheduled; at the same time, the duties not mentioned above can be rejected.
d. Cleaning of ceiling lights, ceilings and walls in living rooms and bedrooms is not included in the service.
e. For complex/dangerous work, such as cleaning windows, appropriate tools should be provided by customers, inclusive of long-handled sticks and stable ladders. Helpers have the right to reject work when potential hazards are detected or known.
f. For the windows not fitted with grille, helpers will only clean the indoor part but not the outdoor part. For the windows fitted with grille and the grille is locked or secured in a manner that prevents it from being opened, helpers will clean the outdoor part; while cleaning, no part of helpers’ body should extend beyond the window ledge excepts the arms.
g. To ensure their health, helpers will not squat down to clean the floor and wash the clothes by hand. Please prepare and provide washing machines and other related tools.
h. Over-time work is charged at HK$105 per hour; more than 15 minutes but less than 1 hour is regarded as one hour of over-time work.
i. Special Charges for Mid-levels/Specific Remote Areas
  i. 1-hour transportation time is counted in the service hours for this district. Customers need to pay an additional 1-hour service charge. (e.g. Customers need to pay 4-hour service charge for 3-hour service time, and so on.)
  ii. If customers book a 4-hour service, HK$105 additional fee will be charged and this fee should be paid together with the basic service charge.

j. Details of Basic Plan
  i. Basic Plan A / B is a one-time cleaning service.
  ii. After service confirmation, HK$200 deposit should be paid before a specified date. No refunds are allowed.
  iii. Customers need to purchase labor insurance for helpers. If customers have already purchased domestic helper labor insurance, please send a copy of the policy to our company for confirmation.
  iv. Charges include the salary of helpers and the service fee of our company.
k. Details of Package Plan
  i. The validity of each set of package coupons lasts 12 months; the date of validity starts on the same date the service starts.
  ii. All package coupons can be used after all payment is made.
  iii. Customers need to purchase labor insurance for helpers. If customers have already purchased domestic helper labor insurance, please send a copy of the policy to our company for confirmation.
  iv. Charges include the salary of helpers and the service fee of our company.
  v. All package coupons are not eligible between 16th December and 3rd January, Chinese Lunar Calendar.
  vi. No replacement for lost or out-of-date package coupons.
  vii. None package coupons can be transferred.
  viii. All package coupons can be used as the registered address.
  ix. All helpers will be designated by our company.
l. Details of Monthly Plan
  i. 50% of the total payment should be paid as refundable deposit no later than the first day of the service. The refundable deposit will be returned once the monthly service is cancelled.
  ii. Customers need to purchase labor insurance for helpers. If customers have already purchased domestic helper labor insurance, please send a copy of the policy to our company for confirmation.
  iii. Charges include the salary of helpers and the service fee of our company.
  iv. The invoice will be issued once the service completes.
m. Details of Short-term Maid
  i. The duties include housekeeping, kitchen work, clothing care and baby / senior care (detailed duties will be provided during the trial).
  ii. Duties mentioned above will be carried out as scheduled; at the same time, duties are not mentioned above can be rejected.
  iii. The working hours should not be less than five days consecutively and not less than 6 hours in a day.
  iv. The salary should be based on the monthly basis and holidays should be allowed when the working days are more than 20 days.
  v. Reasonable breaks should be allowed once the working hours are longer. (Resting times are negotiable.)
  vi. Charges vary with the working schedules.

k. Customers need to purchase labor insurance for helpers. If customers have already purchased domestic helper labor insurance, please send a copy of the policy to our company for confirmation.
l. Charges include the salary of helpers and the service fee of our company.
 
   
a. At least two helpers will be assigned for every service. If needed, our company will assign additional helpers depending on the conditions of the flat but not customers’ requests. The number of helpers assigned cannot be adjusted by customers.
b. The service time will be around 4 hours and not more than 8 hours. (Exact time depends on the condition of the flat.)
c. Helpers will bring cleansers (including: turpentine, disinfectant cleaner “green water”, bleach, CIF, etc) and corresponding equipment (including vacuum cleaner and pieces of cloth) that are commonly used. Customers cannot request helpers to bring specified cleansers but may provide additional cleansers by themselves if the above list cannot fulfill their needs; however, our company will not be responsible for the cleaning effects of those additional cleansers. Customers should prepare ladders for the helpers.
d. All doors, windows^, floors and iron gates in the flat; surfaces of wall tiles, sinks, ventilation fans, range hood, cooking ranges, toilet bowls, bathtubs, washing basins, shower curtains, cabinets in kitchen and toilets; and the furniture requested** in advance will be cleaned during the service.
  ^ For the windows not fitted with grille, helpers will only clean the indoor part but not the outdoor part. For the windows fitted with grille and the grille is locked or secured in a manner that prevents it from being opened, helpers will clean the outdoor part; while cleaning, no part of helpers’ body should extend beyond the window ledge excepts the arms.
** If other furniture (e.g. wall-in cabinets, tables and chairs), light troughs, platforms and false ceilings also need to be cleaned, please make request in advance when booking the service. Additional fees will be charged.
** All lamps and lighting, curtains, mosquito nets and venetian blinds will not be cleaned.
** For air conditioners (only the outer surfaces and duty filters), ventilation fans and range hood, customers need to detach them in advance; otherwise, helpers will not detach by themselves and will not clean them.
** For electric appliance in kitchen, helpers only will clean the refrigerator (inside and outside) and washing machine (outside). Other electric appliance such as microwave and oven will not be cleaned.
** Ceilings and walls (including wallpapers) will be swept by dry cloth. Helpers will not polish with water or cleansers.
** Only marginal amount of paint stains and cement stains will be cleaned and they are not guaranteed to be cleaned completely.
e. If the service site is a village house, has a rooftop or its saleable area is more than 1,500 sq. feet, another quotation will be offered.
f. i) Removal of corrugated fiberboards, wooden boards and debris; ii) Removal of stickers, glass glue, protective papers or plastic sheets, adhesive tapes, plastic hooks, window films, glue stains, etc and iii) Baseboard waxing are not included in the service.
g. After service confirmation, deposit (HK$500 or above) should be paid before a specified date. No refunds are allowed.
h. Charges include the salary of helpers, the service fee of our company and the labour insurance charge (The insurance company reserves the right of final decision).
i. If upholstery constructions and follow-up work is still processing on the service date, our company has the right to refuse to do the cleaning and no refunds are allowed.
j. The service is effective within 1 year starting from the invoice issue date.
 
   
a. The duties include: Measuring the TVOC data before and after treatment, conducting CT catalyst air purification service.
b. CT Catalyst is introduced from Japan. It owns JPO Patent No.: 3514702 2004.1.23 and IPD Patent Ref: HK1116125.
c. During the service, a well-designed head spray PT-2 Tornador will be used, to ensure even distribution of CT catalyst particles on the surface of furniture, walls and every drawer as well.
d. The amount of service charges is determined based on flat sizes and locations.
e. Administration fees HK$300 will be charged for any failure of the services caused by customers.
f. Deposit HK$300 should be paid at least 1 day before the Service once booking is confirmed; no refunds are allowed.
g. Should any engineering or construction work is in progress, the cleaning work may be rejected and no refunds are allowed.
 
 
   
a. The duties include carpet cleaning.
b. Charges depend on the locations, sizes of carpets and stains.
c. Cleaning result depends on the actual situations (e.g. carpets are worn out); Complete stain removal is not guaranteed.
d. As this is a cleaning service only, renovation should not be included. Irremovable stains include stains caused by urine, oil, rust, chewing gum, dyeing paints, wine, coffe, ink, curry, etc.
e. Deposit should be paid at least 1 day before the Service; related fees shall be confirmed with customers. (Deposit is 20% of the total payment.)
f. Another quotation(s) may be offered if the actual situations in units are not the same as booked.
g. Articles on the ground should be removed by customers; the services may be rejected if the cleaning work cannot continue due to the incomplete removal; at the same time, refunds are not allowed.
 
 
   
1. Please allow at least 3 working days for reserving services. Please allow 5 working days for reserving Short-term Maid in order to arrange eligible candidate(s).
2. Please notify our company of cancellation at least 2 working days prior to the service; otherwise, our company reserves the right to reject the cancellation.
3. If customers break the appointment or cancel the service on the service date, the deposit paid will be regarded as administration fee and will not be refunded.
4. The overtime work may be rejected if there is 15 minutes or more delay caused by customers.
5. Over-time work is charged at HK$105 per hour for Domestic Helper Service and HK$250 per hour for Cleaning Up Service; more than 15 minutes but less than 1 hour is regarded as one hour of over-time work.(not applicable for Upholstery Cleaning / Empty House Cleaning, CT Catalyst - IAQ Improvement Service and Carpet Cleaning)
6. Upon announcement of Typhoon Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, all bookings will be cancelled. Customers should contact our company to rearrange bookings.
7. Customers cannot redeem the time lost due to customers’ personal reasons.
8. Homeasy Services Limited reserves the rights to change, delete, revise or increase the terms and conditions of the services which will take effect after official announcement by Homeasy Services Limited or notice to customers.
9. This Service Notes are basic rules for the services offered by our company. It will be regarded as customers’ consent once the services are accepted.
 
   
1. Charges include basic transportation fees; however, an additional round-trip fare is required for remote areas (e.g. non-MTR areas).
2. Refurbishment is not included in the cleaning work.
3. Due to different conditions in each unit, helpers will complete the cleaning tasks upon customers’ request. Thorough cleaning for whole unit is not guaranteed.
4. For Empty House/Upholstery Cleaning, when the cleaning service is completed, customers should check all the locations that need to be cleaned. If the cleaning of some locations needs to be strengthened, please ask the helpers to clean again promptly and customers can re-check again. After customers feel satisfied with all the cleaning work, our office will confirm with customers via phone call. Once customers confirm with our office, it implies that the cleaning outcome is accepted and is satisfactory to the customers, and our helpers will leave the unit. After the helpers leave, if customers ask for any re-cleaning or follow-up, our company has the right to refuse, and the helpers will not return to clean again. Customers are welcome to spend more time on the checking.
5. Customers should ensure the cleaningness of wall surfaces, cupboard and other furniture.
6. During service, it is advised to maintain good air ventilation. Customers should provide electricity for running air-conditioners and fans.
7. Most of household carpets are made of thick wool in light colours. A full stain removal is not guaranteed; it depends on what colourful paints they encounter with.
8. Customers have the obligation to check if our services are satisfied or not after it completes. Customers are recommended to give immediate comment to our helpers. The company will not bear any responsibility if customers have any additional request on the services after our helpers leave the flat.
 
   
1. Deposit should be paid before the specific date once the service is confirmed. The balance should be paid on spot after the service by cash or cheque.
2. No refunds (including deposit) are allowed in all cases;
3. The service receipts will be given to customers by post, email, fax or Whatsapp.
