Is there any window cleaning service ？
Domestic helpers can clean the inner side of the window, while cleaning tools and equipement should be provided by customers. While, our helpers have the right to refuse to do such complicated and dangerous tasks.
Furthermore, our company is now undergoes window cleaning trial, if the cleaning trial is satisfied in quality and safety standard, we will launch this service as soon as possible. |

When can I pick up the clothes after laundry and dry clean?
Laundry service takes only one service day. While, dry clean service takes two to three service days. After the services complete, Concierge will notice you by phone to arrange the picking up time. |

How much do I need to pay, if I order more than one kind of newspapers / magazines?
Only $20 will be charged for each flat. |

Customers should not mix dark and light colored clothes together, our company should not be responsible for any shrunk, faded, discolored of clothes. |
