For service of buying food, please write down the shopping list, 30 minutes are needed for shopping, the time will be deducted from the service hour. |

| Domestic Helpers Services Terms and Conditions : |

1) |
Our helpers have the obligations to fulfill the services listed above within the time agreed. Our helpers have the rights to refuse to do services which are not included in the list above. |
2) |
More service time is required to complete complicated and dangerous tasks like window and chandelier cleanings. While, our helpers have the right to refuse in doing the related jobs. |
3) |
For service cancellation, customers should contact our company beforetwo working days. |
4) |
For the service cancellation, customers should contact our company at least one working day before. Otherwise, our company can refuse to cancel the booking. |
5) |
If customers break the appointment on the working day, HK$50 will be charged as compensation. |
6) |
If customers are late for more than 15 minutes within the booked time, no excess service time will be given. |
7) |
Upon announcement of typhoon signal No.8 or above or black rainstorm signal, all bookings will be cancelled. Customers should contact our company to rearrange bookings. |
8) |
If customers cannot arrange enough time for our helpers to complete their job on each time by customers' personal matters, our company would not compensate for the loss or the rest of the hours. |
9) |
Customers should not contact our helpers directly if he/she has any queries or special request. For any queries or sudden requirement, please contact our company for arrangement. We are pleased to do you favor. |
10) |
Our company reserves the right to vary, delete, modify or add to the terms and conditions from time to time and such variation and/or addition shall become effective when published or displayed or notified to the customer in any manner as the company shall think appropriate, irrespective of whether the customer has actual notice or knowledge thereof. |
11) |
All Package Plans are valid for one year. The service tickets will be terminated if they are expired. |

For Monthly Plan, customers shall pay 50% of the total service fee as deposit, the rest amount shall be paid when the service complete. |

For Package Plan, service fee must be paid during booking. |
3) |
All services have no cash refund. |
