 Tickets reclaim service: |
|

|
Tickets can be reclaimed if customers do not finish using the tickets within one month. Customers can enjoy 40% discount in transfer the tickets to next month. Alternately, our company can reclaim the tickets by 50% of the price. |

Method of delivery |
|

Meals will be provided every Monday to Friday except public holidays. Everyday delivery time 18:30 / 19:30 / 20:30 / 21:00，Food will be delivered within 30 min. If customers are not available to receive the food on time, please contact our Concierge to rearrange the delivery time 45 min before the scheduled time. If customers are failed to receive food during delivery, please proceed to Concierge Service Counter to pick them up before 21:30. Food will be disposed if customers do not pick up the food on time. NO refund will be given. |
